Ezekiel is an Associate Attorney at LVA and holds an LLB from North-West University. He brings strong experience in contract management, corporate and employment law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

 

He advises a diverse client base on strategic litigation, commercial transactions, and workplace restructuring. He has appeared before the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, and the Labour Court, with particular focus on retrenchments, dismissals, and organisational change. Ezekiel has also contributed to high-value transactions, competition law disputes, and complex debt recovery.
